  • Marketplace platforms (eBay, Facebook, etc.): For listing and order synchronization, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  • AI services (e.g., OpenAI): For listing generation and image analysis.
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics): For usage insights and performance metrics.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

In-App Purchases and Billing: Selling to Sold does not process subscription payments through the iOS app or other native app stores. All subscription upgrades and billing are handled exclusively through our secure web application using Stripe or other approved processors.

10. AI and Machine Learning

Our platform uses AI services to:

  • Generate product titles and descriptions
  • Analyze product images for categorization
  • Suggest pricing strategies or ranges
  • Provide insights and recommendations

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing.

We do not train third-party AI models on your private data without your explicit consent. Where we use AI providers, your data is handled in accordance with our agreements and applicable privacy laws.

11. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for business users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at alex.macdonald@treasurehub.club and we will take steps to delete it.

12. International Data Transfers

Selling to Sold operates primarily in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.

By using our platform, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an appropriate level of protection, including where applicable by using standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms.

14. Mobile App Privacy Practices

Our mobile applications (including the iOS app) connect to our secure servers to sync listings, images, account information, and other data required to provide the Services.

Data created or captured in the mobile app (such as product photos, listing details, and basic usage metrics) is transmitted securely to our servers.

We minimize local storage on your device and primarily store data in the cloud, except where necessary for caching and performance.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the web application or by contacting us.

We do not use the mobile app to perform cross-app tracking or to build advertising profiles across other apps.

15. Device Permissions Used by the Mobile App

When you use our mobile applications, we may request access to certain device features to provide core functionality:

  • Camera: To allow you to take photos and videos of products for your listings.
  • Photo Library: To allow you to select existing photos and videos from your device for use in listings.
  • Notifications: To send optional push notifications about listing status, account activity, security alerts, and important product updates. You can control notifications from your device settings.
  • Location (if enabled in the app): To support limited location-based features such as local pickup information or region-specific settings. We do not use location data for tracking across other apps or for targeted advertising.

You can manage these permissions at any time via your device's system settings. If you deny or revoke certain permissions, some features of the app may not function properly.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notices within the Services, with reasonable advance notice where required.

The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
